Founded in 1997, Mirha Exports and Al Super Frozen Foods have etched a singular position in India's frozen-meat industry. Three integrated plants — one in Punjab and two in Uttar Pradesh — operate as the spine of the business.
The strategic siting of each plant lets us source the healthiest animals, sustained on natural pastures across a region blessed with adequate rainfall and a temperate climate the year through.
We persistently incorporate the latest developments in processing, freezing, packaging and quality management — producing halal, bovine, deboned, deglanded meat of the highest order.
Chapter II — Facility

All three plants are equipped with first-rate infrastructure that supports production of over 400 metric tonnes per day. Chilling rooms, blast freezers, plate freezers and cold stores hold the cold chain through every stage — meeting the hygiene and sanitation norms of international standards.
Sourcing
Naturally fed.
Disease-free zones.
Animals are procured from the disease-free zone within a 100 km radius of the plant, and rested for 24 hours in dedicated pens before processing. Ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections are conducted by qualified veterinarians under State Government supervision.
Slaughter is performed strictly as per Halal and Shariah rites of Islam.

Stringent selection precedes slaughter. Ante-mortem and post-mortem examinations are conducted by trained QA specialists under State Government veterinarians. In-house laboratory testing — methyl red, MBRT, catalase — confirms every batch.
